I feel like we are fairly compensated for the work that we do, and the fact that we have advancement opportunities makes it even more appealing.

The company environment is pretty good. I like how there are a lot of people but it seems like its a small/close knit community of workers

I like how the leadership team really cares about your knowledge of the procedures and products. They really make sure that you know what you’re doing before they let you off onto the call floor. Their love for their job motivates me to be better.
