What needs to change to make the company culture better?

There needs to be better management and less politics.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I became very close with several people there. Some really good people

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

When i finally left, i had found out that we were being paid less per hour than the people that were in training. They were paying new hires more than the people that had been there for years

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Better management. Though, i heard that after i left, ALL of the operations managers as well as the site director and head of HR, were all replaced. I gotta say, that was a long time coming. The company lost more than half of their employees and 90% of the team managers due to these other managers.
