The expectation from recruitment to the management during the application to training were not met. It would be better if the management will be transparent, committed, and open

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

First of all, the HMO is not really competitive, industry wise. Before you get the full benefits an employee needs to be regularized first. Most of the know and big call centers offered full benefits on the first day. Secondly, The salary offer for tenured agents is also not competitive
