dont need to just calls respect each other and not be rude dont take things personal work and enjoy work

training and meeting conflicting training slow paced individual can train oneself but had to wait for class and trainer let some work ahead and not others. everyone different pace just train at own pace.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

did not take time to talk to me about my thoughts of taking personal leave or not. no communication on next training days, then had maternity leave, i want part time work at home training at home and dollar increase.
