loud, obnoxious, and crude at best

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

team, well it depends on where you sit when you get there to start your shift

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

there isn't any compensation outside of being told to be happy that you have a job

What did you like most about the interview process?

short, sweet, but they weren't honest about the opportunity. they just need warm bodies in the seats

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

recognizing that the people that work for them are human and have needs outside of the company. pay us fair wages and stop abusing us. the turn over is high here for a reason
