The experience at this company is a very fast and last. I have never hated a job to the compacity that I do now.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Attitude adjustments are severely needed.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Tell victim I mean potential employees the TRUTH up front.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Rehire a completely new staff. Stop allowing males whom are not transgendered yet to use women's restrooms. Get better scheduling systems as they don't accommodate hospital visits, (emergency) or court orders to be excused absences.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the environment is the outside break area. The restroom is filthy as the MEN(gay) are urinating all over the toilets. The inside break are has an odor an gnats. They serve nachos with reused chilli and cheese it sickening.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The entire building needs renovations the carpet is old and has mildew. The parking is ridiculous! You have over 200 people fighting over parking as the Alorica management has partnered with the towing company to tow cars of their own employees for parking outside of the color line.
