What did you like most about the interview process?

There is a great on-line component that makes the initial application process very simple.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are constantly looking for ways to improve our company and make a great effort to communicate changes and the current state of the business.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I have a team that genuinely wants to do what is right and succeed. There is a true spirit of partnership and they truly want to learn and grow.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe you get what you pay for and our wages should be competitive with others in our field. We lose talented people to competitors which makes us weaker.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

I believe we are trying to be a profitable company, but sometimes that comes at the expense of the people. Our processes are geared to protect the company, but it is hard to do simple tasks at times.

What makes you most happy at work?

I try to build a culture for my team that will help them develop and be successful. Having the opportunity to work with my team and guide and develop them is my biggest motivator. Regardless of the changes around us, we can control our piece of the business for ourselves and our employees.
