It can be a positive place to work if you take the job seriously and show up and do the work as with any job. It is what you make it.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It's a sales environment where you're given quite a bit of autonomy so the job is what you make it.

What makes you most happy at work?

The idea that I can go in and potentially make a commission on top of an hourly check with overtime.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team management is great, attentive, helpful, willing to go above and beyond for the people who are willing tot put in the work.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

I was in the office for almost four hours before the interview concluded. The recruiting area is huge and there are always a lot of interviewees waiting, but four hours is absurd.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The 'health insurance' that I signed up for was actually a limited medical benefit program which essentially only gives you a discount on some prescriptions. The first year in any position is not the best with benefits but they supposedly get better after the first year.
