What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
that at least my boss was nice.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the amount of money that you make isn't worth the aggrivation of poor training, negative attitudes in the building and outlandish expectations on the calls.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
we were all frustrated because you can't get help on your questions, the training is horrible, and a lot of us don't know what we're doing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel that they should give people a raise for the amount of work that you do. i also feel that with paid time off, you should be able to accrue them a whole lot faster.
