Friendly coworkers, easy-going environment, understanding staff.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the wages should be higher the longer a person works there (after 12 months of working), and a raise should be considered every added 6 months given the employee's productivity statistics.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The Interviewer made the whole process comfortable. I felt at ease and like I was talking to a friend, rather than sitting down, getting ready for an inquisition. It really made me look forward to working for SXM.
