Professionalism, maturity, respect, real leaders, no favoritism, less profanity, etc

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Be more professional and less petty, be respectful to other coworkers, act like a leader should being in a leadership role, no favoritism, patience, maturity, and cleanliness

What did you like most about the interview process?

The entire process. Very professional (dressed, talked, acted, looked). It was nerve wracking due to it being an interview, but they made it very smooth and understandable. Very informative and educational on the company.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I love the job itself and helping our VZW customers. On the other hand, I do not like the high school like environment in work in. If we had better management I feel the entire call center would be way more successful and have a way lower turnover rate.
