They appreciate even the smallest accomplishment of an employee.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The SME's MANAGER and OPERATIONS MANAGER was so helpful ..in every work related case.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our SCP is based to our metrics, I'm a newbie in the BPO industry so I got the lowest SCP. And won't be able to get it because it's zero.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of my team mates bring their own chair to get the attention of our team manager, even saying bad things about my other Co work mate when they are not around. So.. I don't think so my team has the word BEST.
