It was overwhelming mentally and exhausted

What did you like most about the interview process?

They seemed to understand who I was and what I was like looking for

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Was supposed to get bumped up to 10 am hour they never fixed our pay from 9.50 and they still owe us money

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Seems more like high school drama, upper management and those that are supposed to assist and be the back bone of the company are unreliable

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Extremely poor communication within the company. Doesn't care about our well being, and doesn't not follow laws and guidelines of accommodation paperwork. Picks favoritism within the company, and discriminates.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management needs to communicate effectively, people need to be respectful and professional, the mission statement should mean something, people should be paid accordingly, well beings and families should be taken into consideration, and stop filtering through so many people
