too many people try to be your boss, because of no formal training in working with people they don't treat people with respect. they could do better in this respect. Also, anyone with knowledge as much as them is told directly when they provide an alternative answer that they are wrong, humiliation!

I feel I am working with children... the level is very low for the technical field. Yes I am a technical person. But I expect our environment to be professional in working, not in discipline.
