Some supervisors are sincere and nice, some are messy and stir up drama talking about employees to other employees. Pay isnt enough to live off of. Clients demanding a quota completed by end of day leaves little to no time to completely resolve for the customer.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The low pay and no increase doesn't boost moral. Should have pay increase to compete with similar jobs. PTO should be increased. Only 5 days per year to use for sick day, school meetings ,vacation ect. Is not enough.
