Great culture! Feels like a family and leaders will fight for your growth. Very welcoming, fun, and engaging. Despite being such a big company, really feels small and like you know everyone. The CEO even makes an effort to come on company calls, so everyone feels connected.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe I was given over the median salary for a person of my position and experience level. Alorica also provides a match for 401k contributions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our meeting are lead by a senior leader but catered to apply to every position. They are fun and informative, giving each employee new information they can use in their day-to-day job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This culture is so welcoming. The company is huge but I still feel connected to everyone. Our monthly townhalls connect employees from around the globe. Many teams get the opportunity to work with others from other countries.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that the recruiter was transparent the whole time. He explained what each step would be, where I was at, and why certain decisions were made. He asked questions that felt relevant to the position and nothing was a curveball.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is so accepting. They genuinely want to see you grow and will help in any way possible. They will go out of their way to do anything you need. They also are so fun while still being professional. We really feel like a family.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers! They are supportive and always willing to lend a helping hand. I also love the small company in a huge company culture that makes me feel apart of a family. Alorica truly cares about each of its employees and works to create the best employee experience.
