There's been ups and downs, but mostly downs.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Very straight forward, and honest, wish they would explained more about the actual position though.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My coworkers are smart and funny, some can be snobby, but you have those everywhere you go. Most a friendly though.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My Operations manager always goes out of her way to care for her employees and does everything in her power to try to make us happy, and truly cares.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Alorica lacks the ability to provide pay raises, once you get in a certain position, you're stuck, if they need you it doesn't matter if there's opportunities available or not they'll keep you there bc they worry about coverage. The pay compared to other companies is sad

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Make agents and management teams feel more valued, and call out when they do provide good work. The calls outs need to come from a Higher level. not the senior OM that is in the trenches with everybody else. Let us know you appreciate the work we do.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Pay, Incentives, Benefits, PTO, Annual raises. Just to name a few all of those could be improved on and make an employee feel more valued and cared. I have a co-worker that's been here 12 years and has had 2 raises the entire time, It's sad how they treat Tenure employees.
