Great Culture where people work collaboratively. It is fast paced and challenging but the company is well run and puts employee welfare as a core priority

They are smart and motivated but not egotistical.

Base pay is good, no equity for leaders but there is a short term incentive program

They are accessible, give regular corporate updates, answer any question and are forward thinking. Company is doing well.

Genuine collaboration across departments/teams. Celebrate success and invest in the soft side of business with wellness, DEI etc.

I am challenged to learn new things and have accountability for well established goals....but best part is the people and culture

Got to meet alot of the people that would be stakeholders to my work and success - not just HR or my boss, but peers and others that could provide unique perspectives to the work environment
