I do not feel undervalued but I do think the benefits could be better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always open to feedback and they listen. They challenge us sometimes but that is part of the job and the environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great colleagues and great collaboration. We rely on each other when we have big projects and it helps getting other ideas and perspectives. Meetings should be less and better structured.
