As of when I started up until now I have had positive experiences as well as a couple not so positive but for the most part it was been a great work environment and staff and coworkers are really the best with attitude. There is good work ethic and no bias in my experience. I love it here.

My leadership team is top notch. They have the human side and experience while at the same time have the leadership skills when things get rough or complicated.

being able to work and make a difference, the competition also drives me. Seeing my agents happy doing their work while also the look on their happy faces when they receive their incentives for their hard work.
