The managers don't care about the employees well, they only look for the billing and give no regards about the Staff members or agents.

My team, and my boss.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At least my team knows how to work, specially my boss.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Hiring people shouldn't be encaused to fill up a space but to search people qualified for the job. You are hiring agents that have no computer skills and Managers without basic Excel abilities at all.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's obvious that we get paid less than other companies, the only thing that people is doing here is either capitalize themselves to leave or learn enough to jump to another decent company with much better salary for our knowledge.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
People need to stop looking only for themselves and start working as a team. But that will never happen if we have this competence work enviroment. You will never give a hand to the other if that may cause he gets higher than you.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managers treat you like you are disposable. The fact that you can be replaced does not entitle anyone to exploit you at work. The abuse of power and his way of unjustifiably firing people by threatening them with things that never happened is very serious.
