Lots of mergers/downsizing, restructuring, title and supervisor changes, took a long time to get policies aligned. Still difficult to nail down procedures. No annual increases, benefits could be better and don't pay out PTO upon termination even with resignation. Positive is working from home.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are no annual increases, took a large cut to move to another role after downsizing. Was just given an increase, first in several years.
