What did you like most about the interview process?
it was as simple as it can get, and straight to business, however that was 2 years a go i cannot talk for they might be doing now.

the only 2 member on my team, we are compromised and we are no quitters we have been managing our work with the few resources we have .
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
In this particular company there is not an actual structure, or manuals for any position at all and a lot of the staff don't actually know exactly the company goals developed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
other similar positions and also the exact same position get better paid than i do and also get more incentives and even that was not the case the amout of work to paid ratio is not fair, i have weeks getting paid the same when i'm doing the work for 3 people.
