I like that it is nice balance of casual but goal oriented work. Work hard, play hard mentality.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are very easy to communicate with and genuinely want to provide assistance so that the team can succeed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Goal based bonuses are a concept that should be explored more with non-agent positions. Its difficult to hear about how successful the company has been over the past year and then to receive single digit % raise amounts, especially when it feels like we are doing so well.
