What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is positive because I choose to keep that mindset. Negative energy is contagious. Everyone has good & bad days.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My lack of education in the field is an inhibitor, but I know others in this job that do less & get paid more at other companies. I feel stuck.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some leaders do try to create fun & exciting things, but there is no time for those things to be done. Contests, social media, etc., who is it directed at? I do not have the time to participate.
