Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have the hardest job to be successful in. We do not get bonuses and work 50 hours a week. We are one of the lowest paying companies, and the highest attrition. When we hit our numbers its great, but when we don't, which is a lot, it gets discouraging.
