great company but high turn over rate. I feel they do not do enough to keep people here, retention rate very low. not a competitive wage. you know your not getting a raise. so you do your work knowing your not gonna move or improve your pay. so its easy for people to move on to other companies.

the interaction with people one on one. knowing iv done my job well.

we work together, listen to each other, and are able to have that human connection to work together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say I am happy in my position. Its others I fight for. the customer service reps. little more recognition for their work would be nice. and the team leads need to be better with communication.
