again, i would have to say the friendliness of the people. You walk in and are greeted with smiles and open doors.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Would feel better if Alorica actually researched wage averages for the area and take that into consideration for the times we are in now.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is small, so we are like a little family. I know I can ask them for help and they know I will help them as well.
