Acceptance of varied cultures at the work place, senior/leadership communication, involvement of relevant stakeholders since foundational discussions, better flow of information, better NEO training, periodic connect with the employees, more empathetical managers.

Better communication is greatly needed at Alorica India. There is a superiority complex in the leadership team and when questioned, they choose not to answer the queries. The grievances are ignored at supervisor level and above.

Most of the time the meetings are scheduled beyond the working hours and the so the average working hours are increased to upto 12 hours/week. Even then there is no night shift component or over-time component to compensate for the time invested at work.
