i believe we should have QUARTERLY or BI-ANNUALLY reviews and performance reviews AND ALLOW THAT to be the basis on how we acquire a salary increase on a regular and continual basis. we shouldn't have to wait 2 or 3 years for proper compensation and/or an incremental increase in our salaries.
comradery. communication. comfort of feeling and knowing we can talk with one another openly and freely. honesty. work ethic. ALWAYS being on time to work. . . AND IF NOT. .it's communicated to our Manager and we're all aware. AGAIN... STRONG work ethic among us all.
