What are some of the best things about your team?

We trust each other and help each other!

What makes you most happy at work?

Staying busy, it makes the day go by faster, also the interaction with the agents.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The fact that we can talk to supervisors and be treated as part of a family!

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was candid. The customer frustrations are gone over so that there are no big surprises.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They care. Leadership checks on all employees to make sure they are having the best experience possible.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In my new position, I do not have the opportunity to bonus on a monthly basis. I really enjoyed being able to put in OT and make my check better. There is no stock compensation that I know of.
