I responded incorrectly to previous question. Environment is positive because we work everyday to make it positive

I had 3 rounds of interviews and at each interaction I learned more about company and current site I would be working at

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Anyone this question is posed will think they never make enough for what they do. I believe for me at least I am underpaid as my job does not stop because it is 6PM or its only 7AM. I have constant request and needs from employees
