What did you like most about the interview process?
it was a totally different company when I hired in over 17 years ago and it was great. With the new interviewing process it is a long drawn out hiring process the applicants have to wait to long to get he 2nd interview and the on boarding is even longer. Most applicants complain it takes to long.
