Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the current pay (as a manager) is not sufficient for the responsibilities I have for the APAC region.

I was referred by my previous manager so everything went smoothly. as I remember the recruiter then was nice and very approachable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
our management do not only think about the benefits to company but priority is how to help the employees especially during this pandemic.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy when I am able to do my work properly because I know 45 thousand people and their families are relying on us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are only a few people in our team but we handle half of Alorica. Our team is very optimistic group and hard working. All of us have been together for 7years and still counting!
