I don't have a proper team, I work with many other teams.

That we really try to encourage our people to enjoy their work, we tray to connect with them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work 3 different areas, as "volunteer" my position has become a one single man department, but is not officially a department, so, I would like to change the way I'm being compensated for the work I do.
What makes you most happy at work?
To be able to make people's lives better... one interaction at a time. Literally, I'm the Culture Champion, so, my work is to create those interactions for they to enjoy the day. It's nice, try to make people happy.
