Business units need to be better aligned - they are very disconnected at Alorica
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It seems most people I know have better health insurance programs/pay less out of pocket etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They ask a lot of questions and try to really understand vs just going through the day not engaging
