What are some of the best things about your team?
They are so smart and supportive and always willing to help one another with zero complaints. Such an awesome group of people, couldn't be prouder than to be on this team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How they embrace social changes within the our work dynamic. They always stay current and make changes to accommodate the needs. Example Covid - we moved to work at home and never missed a beat and even grew the company. Where others had to be without income in other industries.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel it has taken a very long time to get to where I am today, I often feel I should be much further finically given my tenure and work load. Don't get me wrong, I do love my job, Loving my job is one of the reason I have stayed for so many years along with loving my work family.
