There is good communication good information, there is information that is where I have learned a lot of how the company operates

Leadership is not uptight, we can be serious when need to but at the same time it can e relaxed and enjoy work
What makes you most happy at work?
That leadership supports each other, its not to each their own, its is a family environment, if one goes down there is there many of us to support
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team has been awesome, they have heart which in many companies its removed, but here at Alorica we do, we have empathy, especially with this horrible pandemic employees were supported as much as possible. Even though some people took advantage of the situation there's still much heart
What is the best part about your compensation package?
for as large as Alorica is the benefits are not really great, and when trying to get the HSA in some of the plans is not possible, being a single parent of 4 kids this is a must to make sure I have money saved up for any emergency
