What is the best part about your compensation package?
I happen to love that I can buy pet insurance and pet meds, dogs need love and insurance too! :)
What are some of the best things about your team?
Treating each other with respect, always lending a helping hand, never thinking/saying that "my work is done, I'm not helping you." Cheering each other on, having fun in the virtual work space, learning from one other, recognizing that each of us brings different skills and strength to the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a strong brand that others rely on, knowing that I can trust and count on others, honesty, transparency, willing to do the work but have a darn awesome time doing it. Also, on the bad days, knowing someone is there to listen and to care about me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leaders are willing to step in, get their feet wet, and understand the challenges we face each day. They coach vs tell, they work along side us, sharing their experiences, and they are the biggest cheerleaders when we're successful and even when we're not. Open door policy is spot on too!
