I'm motivated by the incentives and my lovely and energetic co-workers.

It was not easy but you will learn so much from it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
3 years of working, I only had two teams. Both of them is great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If you are a money driven person, you will always aiming to get incentives every month. They motivate us by telling, if you work hard you will get paid more.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Because I'm on sales account, we do have complexity allowance that adds up on my basic pay. It was a really big help especially to me since I'm a breadwinner. Aside from that, I also enrolled my parents to HMO benefits. It actually give me peace and ease
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I worked on sales account, so we all know that it was hard but i managed to stay for almost 3years and that is because of the management team. They will push you to achieve and to believe that you can to hit your daily target. I was able to earn because of that. So I'am beyond grateful.
