It has generally a chill vibe. What I find lacking is mostly on employee retention such as benefits including separation pay even for employees who have worked for more than 10 years with the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not a lot of benefits/allowances compare to other companies and you really cannot enjoy the allowance as it split in pay outs. Would rather receive it once a month. Also, no separation pay for resigning employees even if you had worked for more than 10 years.
