What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm happy with all the benefits. But I consider unbalanced my responsabilities vs the salary (basically I manage the social security payment of the three sites in Mexico).
What makes you most happy at work?
My job. I love what I do. The support from my teammates. The environment. I can also have fun at work and that makes it a nice place to be.
