To know that my task/duties are done correctly and on time, I like outside of work activities, the music playing in the background
The fact that the interviewer emphasis was mostly on finding someone to provide good customer service for their employees and properly addressing issues they had
I don't feel undervalued, but would prefer a little bit more flexibility re working hours (covid related) and flexibility when the workload is high or low.
