Most of my team mates were highly spirited and actively working at their very best.

Most of the time is was co-workers as well as some clients whom were interacting with.

There are lot to mention but I like the most on how are they are discussing me the career growth

The fairer the better, if you have a lots or volume of work was loaded at least the compensation reflects it.

The one who is not acting only as a leader but also a family who will support you every lead of the way. The one who lifts you.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As of now we are working at home, I haven't much experienced working on the site/office but I know the feeling of working at onsite were a lot better as you can interact w/ each other. The positive aura of culture and environment working on a company specifically Alorica was being lively.
