Interview process for our team is easy. Recruitment must be expedite.

My manager and supervisor cannot support our team very well because they are not fully hands on to our process.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New hires and newly promoted, same with my post receives higher salary than me. I lead the training to all newbies so this is very unfair for me.
