I've had the pleasure of working with a few major company accounts since I've been at Alorica. Over all my experience has not been a bad one. I do feel that if the pay rate was higher more qualified people would apply for the job and more people would be encouraged to stay.

we try to boost morale by coming up with fun ideas and things to do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
first where I am the last two programs are not offered to agents at my level and if they are we've never been told.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we have agents from all different islands so not only are languages different but so are cultures and holidays. So it is also a learning experience.
What did you like most about the interview process?
from what I can remember it was pretty simple however I had to wait over an hour for the interview with had an attitude when she to do the interview.
