I love the way my leadership includes me in discussions, even if I don't have any direct influence over the final outcome so I can stay informed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued in the respect of money only because of the cost of living. I think that the current wage I am receiving is low in terms of the economy and compared to other companies, such as Amazon, which are already making 15$ /hour.
