There's diversity, no benefits or raises though.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are helpful and answer questions.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Nothing, I am not impressed.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Nothing bad about onboarding. It all sounds so good until you are working for them.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

They need to practice what they preach. Do the right thing and pay employees a living wage and provide decent benefits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

actual health insurance. They took PTO and a years PTO from us. I can work anywhere and make at least what I make now, most likely I would make more money. We are treated like 2nd class citizens in a third world country.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Talk is cheap, if employees are important, pay and benefits will reflect that. Quit telling us to always "Do the right thing". This is the shadiest company I have ever worked for. They figure out every possible way to cheat their employees while bragging themselves up.
