Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A lot of other companies pay much higher for team leaders or even representatives. If not because of the account and my friends that i gained in the company, I would leave Alorica. The experience I had in the account was phenomenal but Alorica, nah. Rules and protocols are not even for employees.
