Mediocre pay, most work is outsourced to the Philippines, and no sick days are offered. Healthcare benefits are the only reason I have remained with the company.

Taking time to listen to concerns of employees, including suggestions of higher wages.

People seem to have a sense of humor, although most of them have quit at this point.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need to stop outsourcing for US related matters. Many customers have an easier time working with someone local.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
$15/hr minimum would be a nice start. Offer sick days and mental health days for those of us afflicted by mental health disorders.
